Before shipment, we verify the FFL dealer’s license. Delays may occur if FFL documentation is incomplete or cannot be verified.
Once the firearm arrives at the receiving FFL dealer, the customer is responsible for completing all required background checks, paperwork, and transfer procedures.
KT Back Road Arms is not responsible for delays, denials, or fees imposed by the receiving FFL dealer. Transfer fees charged by the FFL are the sole responsibility of the customer.
