Firearms Sales and Legal Compliance

All firearms sold by KT Back Road Arms are transferred in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By purchasing a firearm, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Firearms are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer
• Firearms will not be shipped directly to a residential or non-licensed address
• You are responsible for selecting an FFL dealer and completing all required background checks and transfer paperwork
• Transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer are your responsibility
• Failure to pass a background check or complete the transfer does not entitle you to a refund
• KT Back Road Arms reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.

State and Local Restrictions

Certain firearms, ammunition, and accessories may be restricted or prohibited in specific states, counties, or municipalities.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws. Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled may be canceled or modified at our discretion.

Age and Legal Eligibility

Order Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your order details, shipping information, and selected FFL dealer before submitting payment.

KT Back Road Arms is not responsible for delays, fees, or order issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
